1. How does "Fulfilled by Amazon" work?
Items "Fulfilled by Amazon" are shipped from an Amazon Fulfillment Center to you. All of our standard shipping rates and policies apply to these items, including FREE Super Saver Shipping on qualifying orders over $25.
After you place an order, the carrier, ship date, and estimated delivery date for your package will be listed in Your Account and can be found in your shipment confirmation e-mail. If you have a tracking or delivery confirmation number, you can track your package by clicking Tracking Your Package; link also available in the Ultimate Customer Service.
Amazon also handles all customer service and product returns for "Fulfilled by Amazon" items.
2. Returns Policy
You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Amazon.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. Amazom.com will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of their error. In the event you have to return an item, visit Amazon Returns Center and you will be guided through the whole process.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. Amazon.com will notify you via e-mail of your refund once they received and processed the returned item.

3. Refunds
We can process returns and refunds only for items directly purchased from and fulfilled by Amazon.com. More on Amazon refund policy.
4. After I have ordered some items, what's next?
Amazon.com will keep you informed of your order via e-mail. After you place an order, the carrier, ship date, and estimated delivery date for your package will be emailed to you as soon as you see the receipt on your screen. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once the item is shipped. Real-time update on your delivery will be on Tracking Your Package.
5. How do I use WeddingReadings.com's shopping cart?
Search for the items you want to buy. Click "Add To Cart" for each item you want. If you want to buy more than one unit of an item, input the desired quantity in the "Qty Product" field, and click "Update". If you need to shop for more items, continue shopping. After you've added all items you want to purchase to your shopping cart, and if everything meets your satisfaction, click "Check Out" and log in following the onscreen instructions. If you're a new customer, click "GO" next to "New Customer" to create an account. The contents of your shopping cart will be held for you during this process. After creating an account, you can proceed to check out. If you are already an Amazon.com customer, you can proceed directly to check out your items.
